Raffles Tips for Being a Good Sleeper:
Take a nap for about 15 minutes a day if you have the time, not too long, as this can effectively regulate the length of sleep; also, a cup of coffee before the nap will be more effective as it takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the coffee to take effect so that you will have better energy after waking up.
The sleeping position at night is not recommended for people who lie flat, especially if they snore, unless they have support on their back or legs. Otherwise, it will quickly lead to excessive pressure on the spine or poor breathing.
It is recommended to adopt a routine, for example take a bath at night before bed or reading to help you fall asleep; you can start to dim the lights about an hour before bedtime to tell your body to prepare for sleep.
Exercise is a way to wake up the body to replenish energy, so it is not scientific to exercise at night to help you sleep. The best time to exercise is after waking up early!
