Dr. Zhang Xianghua graduated from Peking University Health Science Centre in 1984. Under the guidance of Dr. Guo Yinglu, a leading urologist and Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Dr. Zhang Xianghua has published a large number of research papers on urology and prostate-related diseases in local and overseas professional journals. Dr. Zhang has studied and work abroad in both Japan and Canada for many years. He is also the doctoral supervisor of Peking University Health Science Center.

Dr. Zhang has long been committed to clinical and basic research in urology and has deep attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and serious urological diseases as well as prostate diseases, urological tumors, stones, and male diseases, and specializes in minimally invasive urological surgeries, including transurethral surgery, laparoscopic surgery and male plastic surgery.
