Dr Phil Wen is an Attending Physician in Psychiatry, holding a Master of Medicine with 10 years' clinical psychiatric experience. He graduated from Xi'an Medical University in Clinical Medicine (specializing in Mental Health), followed by a master's degree in Psychiatry from Peking University Health Science Center. Dr Phil Wen completed standardized residency training in Beijing and previously practiced in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Peking University Sixth Hospital.

Dr Phil Wen specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, including insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome, sleep rhythm disorders, etc., as well as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). He also has extensive experience in individualized psychiatric medication management, including medication adjustment, tapering, and discontinuation. In addition, Dr Phil Wen provides pharmacological treatment and comprehensive management for conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Besides, Dr Phil Wen has received systematic professional training in various psychotherapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness‑Informed Emotional Distress (MIED‑Level 2), psychoanalytic therapy, complex trauma treatment, and trauma-focused therapies.
