Ms Li received her Bachelor Degree from Wollongong University in 2016 and then obtained her Master Degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2021. Ms Li is a registered physiotherapist with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in UK.

Ms Li served as an exercise rehabilitation therapist at Australian Healthcare Management Company from 2014 to 2016, focusing on chronic disease exercise management like diabetes and pregnancy functional training. From 2016 to 2018, she worked in a private rehabilitation clinic in Shanghai, mainly covering sports injuries and orthopedic rehabilitation. She spent the next three years working as a physiotherapist in NHS Public Healthcare, gaining experience in inpatient rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and intensive rehabilitation. Ms. Li joined Raffles Hospital Shanghai in 2021. Ms Li obtained certificates of Schroth therapy in 2017 and Mulligan and Maitland therapy in 2018.
