Strong Partnership: Building a Multi-Tiered Cooperation Framework

RafflesMedicalGroup and the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Municipality will undertake comprehensive and in-depth collaboration across three levels: institutional, hospital, and disciplinary, to foster a new paradigm of cooperation.

Strategic Cooperation Platform at the Top Level

This strategic partnership establishes a new healthcare collaboration ecosystem focused on value co-creation and complementary strengths. The two parties will engage in reciprocal visits and exchanges for medical, nursing, technical, pharmaceutical, and administrative personnel, and explore innovative cooperation models such as dual-appointment talent systems, AI applications, and alignment with international medical standards. These initiatives will inject quality-driven productivity into the sustainable development of both institutions and regional healthcare.

Construction of a Close-Knit Medical Consortium

RafflesHospitalChongqing and the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Municipality will establish a medical consortium to facilitate the rational flow of medical resources. Through multi-disciplinary collaboration, talent exchange and training, equipment sharing, mutual recognition of medical examinations, and two-way referral mechanisms, they will enhance the overall medical service capabilities in Chongqing, ensuring broader access to premium medical resources for local patients.

Upgrading of Key Disciplinary Alliances

The parties will develop a "Specialty Alliance 2.0" cooperation model to promote homogenisation of medical technologies. By convening top expert teams from both sides, they will advance disciplinary development through academic exchanges, consultations on complex cases, and other collaborative activities.
