On August 1, 1976, Raffles Medical Group was established as a partnership in Singapore. In May 1989, Raffles Medical Group merged into a private limited company.
On April 11, 1997, Raffles Medical Group successfully landed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and became a listed company.
