Dr. Ba Shanshan graduated from Peking University Health Science Center in 2004 with a bachelor's degree of clinical medicine, and after 10 years of field working, she continued her studies at Capital Medical University and received her master's degree of clinical medicine. She is also a certified national secondary psychological consultant and psychotherapist.

Dr. Ba Shanshan has worked for Fuxing hospital, a tertiary general hospital under the Capital Medical University System for 19 years, during which she also completed clinical trainings at Beijing Anding Hospital and Peking University Sixth Hospital. Dr. Ba Shanshan specializes in psychiatric disease treatment, perioperative psychological counseling and psychological treatment. She has also accumulated rich experience in teaching management and tutoring of psychiatry.

Over the years, Dr. Ba Shanshan has also provided psychological counseling services for university teachers and students. Meanwhile, she continues to attend long-term training programs of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to learn more about advanced international clinical experiences.
