Dr Jye-Wey Lim is a Consultant Doctor of Family Medicine at Raffles Hospital Shanghai.
Dr Lim is a general practitioner who has been very well received by her patients in both China and Malaysia. She received her MBBS medical degree from International Medical University, Malaysia in 2006. Dr Jye-Wey Lim believes in “prevention is better than cure” and the early detection of medical problems and prompt interventions allow better prognosis and improve the quality of life.
Dr Lim has rotated through different departments such as obstetrics & gynaecology, internal medicine, general surgery and paediatrics during her internship in a Malaysian government hospital. Subsequently, she worked as a medical officer in the department of internal medicine for 4 years and Dr Lim was certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider (American Heart Association) in year 2012. She obtained the Excellent Service Award in 2019 from the State Health Bureau of Malaysia.
