Dr. Ma Ke, a chief physician with a doctorate, is a renowned expert in glaucoma and cataract at Beijing Tongren Hospital and also worked as master's supervisor. Dr. Ma Ke has been engaged in ophthalmic clinical work for over 30 years. He is proficient in the surgical treatment of various complex glaucoma cases and minimally invasive surgeries, especially the combined surgical treatment of glaucoma and cataracts, as well as the optic nerve protection treatment for glaucoma.

 

Dr. Ma Ke's research on the treatment of glaucomatous optic atrophy using Ginkgo biloba extract has led to the granting of a national invention patent for this project. In collaboration with the pharmaceutical manufacturer, he has also obtained national approval for clinical trials of a new drug titled "Treatment of Glaucomatous Optic Atrophy with Ginkgo Biloba Extract." Dr. Ma Ke is a member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a reviewer expert for new drugs and medical devices at the State Food and Drug Administration, a medical and pharmaceutical evaluation expert at the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, and a member of the Pharmacy Committee at Beijing Tongren Hospital.
