Dr. Ma graduated with a Bachelor degree in Clinical Medicine from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2009. She later completed her Master's degree in Clinical Medicine, specializing in Psychiatry and Mental Health, from the same institution in 2011.
Dr. Ma has over 10 years of experience as a psychiatrist, practicing at the Shanghai Mental Health Center and the Mental Health Center of Hongkou District. Since 2018, she has served as an Attending Psychiatrist at the Mental Health Center of Hongkou District before joining Raffles Hospital Shanghai in 2023. Dr. Ma has published an article titled "The Family Characteristics of OCD" in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry. She also contributed to the compilation of the book "Eating Disorder" and the translation of Judith Trowell's "Standing on Their Own Feet."
