Ms Natalie Lee holds a BSc in Psychology from Tsinghua University (2015), and a Master’s Degree in Counselling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University (2017). She is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and a member of American Counselling Association.

Natalie has extensive experience in mental health counselling in both China and the United States. While in the United States, she worked at Urban Justice Center, a non-profit organization in New York City, where she gained valuable experience working with victims of Intimate Partner Violence. Additionally, Natalie served as an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Counsellor at one of the leading Human Resources Companies in Northern America, providing mental health support to employees and their families for a broad range of issues. Her clinical area of interest includes interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety, stress management, trauma and resiliency, self-harm, and cross-cultural issues.
