Dr Zhou Jinbin, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Chief Physician , PhD., worked in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, and the Sports Trauma Laboratory of General Administration of Sport of China. He was also the former Director of Sports Medicine Dept., China Institute of Sport Science,and works in the Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine of Raffles Hospital Beijing, Dr Zhou works also as the Secretary General of the Chinese Association of Sports Medicine as well as the Board Member of the Chinese Society
of Sports Medicine.
Dr Zhou has been deeply engaged in China's sports medicine section. Dr Zhou was the Medical Officer of the 18th Asian Games, the Board member of the Medical Committee of the China Football Association and the Board member of the Medical Committee of the Asian Athletics Association. He has been also a Board member of the Beijing Sports Medicine Association and Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Association, and the Consultant of the professional coach training course of AFC.
Dr Zhou has studied and exchanged in the Department of Orthopaedics, Universityof Pittsburgh, USA, and in the Department of Orthopaedics, New York Special Surgery Hospital, USA.
Dr Zhou is an expert in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of orthopaedic and sports trauma in the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle and the wrist. Those traumas include anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,
patellar dislocation, meniscus repair, rotator cuff injury suture, shoulder dislocation, elbow-free body removal, sub-acromial impact syndrome, minimally invasive treatment of hip and ankle and sports injury, etc.
