Dr. Chen Wen has been engaged in paediatric clinical work for more than 33 years, specializing in infant nutrition, children's growth and development, height management, children's psychological and behavioral development guidance, as well as children's respiratory tract, digestive tract, children's emergency and common paediatric diseases.

Dr. Chen Wen graduated from Chongqing Medical University in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in paediatrics. Later, she studied in the Paediatrics Department of Sichuan People's Hospital, the Department of Neonatology, the Department of Neurology, the Department of Gastroenterology, and the Department of Paediatrics of the Affiliated Women and Children's Hospital of West China Medical University. In 2019, she studied in the graduate class of Psychological Counseling at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, thus accumulating experience in the counseling and guidance of children's mental diseases (e.g. ADHD, Tourette syndrome).

Before joining Raffles Hospital, Dr. Chen Wen worked in a number of public children's hospitals, JCI Women's and Children's Hospital (a tertiary maternal and children health care hospital) and Beijing Kyoto Children's Hospital, mainly worked in internal medicine (emergency) clinics and had served as deputy chief physician of paediatric medicine, deputy director of Children's Health Centre, head of Children Preventive Care Centre, director of Nutrition Department, and deputy chief physician of outpatient and emergency department. From 2020 to 2022, she also served as the deputy chief physician of the paediatrics department of JDH Internet Hospital and was rated as the five-star online consulting doctor with 100% patient praise rate and 100% parent satisfaction rate.

Dr. Chen Wen has been committed to the diagnosis and treatment of children's short stature and health management. She studied under the guidance of Mao Fengxing, director of the Nutrition Department of Beijing Children's Hospital, and then served as the director of the Nutrition Department of a tertiary children's hospital for two years. As a registered nutritionist under China Nutrition Association and a national level III public nutritionist, Dr Chen Wen specializes in child nutrition feeding guidance and the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. She also holds the Certificate of National Psychological Test issued by the Psychological Assessment Committee of China Psychological Association, as well as the training certificate of language development assessment and treatment issued by Taiwan Language Rehabilitation Centre.
